Exhibition of Contemporary Gold & Silver Jewellery
A Berkshire Life social diary feature from our April exhibition of contemporary gold and silver jewellery (part of Reading’s Third Thursday arts programme) was published in the May 2011 edition of the magazine. The day itself was extremely successful: visitors were treated to working demonstrations of hand making jewellery and ornaments by students of the local Bishopsland Educational Trust. Traditional skills of piercing, chasing and engraving were on display with a refreshing bar kindly provided by Vintage Roots. It was a fantastic day and our thanks to all those who attended and supported the event.
